Lobster Mac and Cheese

I have updated the instructions. I obviously left out when to add the milk and 1/2 and 1/2. Discovered this while following the instructions. I felt like such an Emeril

Ingredients

- Box of Pasta – rotini is a good option

- 2 Cups Milk

- 1 Cup ½ and ½

- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

- 2 cups shredded other cheeses (muenster, provolone,…)

- 1/3 cup butter

- 1/3 cup flour

- B&Gerk

- ¼ t cayenne

- 1 t smoked paprika

- ¼ t mustard power

- 1 t garlic powder

- 2 cups lobster chunks

- ½ onion chopped

- 1 cup Panko or crushed crackers

- 1 cup parmesan cheese

Cook noodles to al dente

Melt butter in sauce pan on med low heat. Wisk in flour. Whisk in 1/2 and 1/2 and milk. When warm, whisk in ¾ of each cheese until melted. Mix in cayenne, paprika, mustard, and garlic powder. Place on warming center on low

Sautee onions in butter. Add Lobster. Add 1T B&Gerk

Put cooked noodles in a baking disk. Mix in onions and lobster. Mix in Cheese sauce – enough to cover the noodles. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle on Parmesan Panko mixture. Sprinkle on ~1 T of B&Gerk.

Cook in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes, or until the topping are browned.
