Street Corn

Pre-cook sweet corn about 90%

I use an oval baking dish to roll the corn in garlic olive oil

Coat with B&Gerk&Mesquite

Now, the first time we had street corn at Lupe Tortilla, they served it with tartar sauce. First Reaction - Ewwwww. But, they believed in it enough to serve it, so we tried it. It is always on the table when we serve Street Corn
