Hollandaise Sauce

Very Easy, Very Wonderful!

Ingredients

·       3 Egg Yokes

·       1 stick of melted butter

·       1 T lemon juice

In a blender, add the lemon juice and egg yolks.  Slowly (KEY POINT) add the melted butter.  This should take less than 1 minute
