Pork Ribs and Brisket Marinade
We typically marinade ribs and brisket at least 12 hours before hitting the smoker.
Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
1 can Dr Pepper (we used diet, I think we have sugar covered in the first item)
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T Garlic
2 T dehydrated chopped onion
2 T B&Gerk
1 t smoked paprika
2 shakes liquid smoke
