Pork Ribs and Brisket Marinade

We typically marinade ribs and brisket at least 12 hours before hitting the smoker.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 1 can Dr Pepper (we used diet, I think we have sugar covered in the first item)

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 T Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 T Garlic

  • 2 T dehydrated chopped onion

  • 2 T B&Gerk

  • 1 t smoked paprika

  • 2 shakes liquid smoke
