Toasted Garlic Shrimp Steak Zoodles!
Very quick and easy! Zoodles take a whole 2 minutes in boiling water, the rest is pretty darn quick as well!
Ingredients:
Four smallish Zucchini - run through the Zoodler
1 steak - cubed
1 lb shrimp
1 medium onion - large chop
1 red pepper - large chop
1 stick of butter
4 T chopped garlic
Garlic Olive Oil
Place the butter and garlic in a small sauce pan, place it on medium heat. The goal is to get the garlic to brown by the time everything is ready. Adjust heat accordingly
Get your water in the pasta pot warming
Chop the steak. Place it in a bowl, mix in garlic olive oil and B&Gerk
Place the Shrimp in a bowl, mix in garlic olive oil and B&Gerk
In a large skillet, brown the steak. When Brown, remove it from the pan, leaving the juice. Cover and place on the stoves warming center.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, cook. Remove it from the pan, leaving the juice, cover and place pn the back of the stove.
Add the Onions to the pan. Start them on their cooking journey, deglazing the pan. Add the red peppers for a brief period.
Dump in the Steak and shrimp, mix.
Dump in the toasted garlic butter. Cover and take off the heat.
Cook zoodles in boiling water for ~ 2minutes.
Plate and Serve! Use B&G to enhance the experience!
