Polenta with Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients
> Polenta
> Asparagus
> 1 Chicken Breast
> Red Pepper
> Yellow Pepper
> Green Pepper
> Medium onion
> Corn off the cob
> Hollandaise Sauce
> Olive oil

Slice the chicken breast thin, place it in a bowl. Pour on olive oil to coat the chicken. Add about 2T B&Gerk, mix thoroughly. Brown in skillet and place on warming center.
Sautee asparagus, keeping crisp. Remove from heat and cover
Sautee remaining veggies, keeping them crisp. Remove from heat and cover.
Brown polenta in a non-stick pan. Medium Heat is a good idea.
Mix your hollandaise sauce.
On a plate, put the polenta, with asparagus to the side, and veggies on top. Place chicken on top of the sautéed veggies. Cover with hollandaise sauce.
