Smeeps!

Smeeps! So much better than S'Mores!

First - Thank You to the Girl Scouts Guidebook of 1927 for making S'Mores main stream. I just loved them, up until we made a Smeep!

S'More – In case you had not made them, like our wonderful friend Jane. Take 1/2 a Graham Cracker, Put some Chocolate on it (I learned with Milk Chocolate, but dark chocolate of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate with Carmel, OIE), put a toasted Marshmallow on the chocolate, then add the other ½ graham cracker to make a wonderful campfire desert.

Smeep, same deal, but roast a Peep instead of a Marshmallow. The sugar on the Peep will caramelize, becoming a quasi crème brulee to put in between you crackers and chocolate!
